Mid-18th century Italian flintlock pistol with chiseled steel mounts signed “F.R. Compagni” on the lock. Measures 11 5/8” overall with a 6 ¼” barrel of approximately caliber smoothbore. Good overall conditionwith some light cleaning and very good wood. All original flintlock parts and period horn tip ramrod that may be the original. The condition is very good and the metal is crisp and not rubbed out. Est.: $1000-$2000
