^Lot 3782 GROUP OF 4 MODEL 1880 US ARMY HUNTING KNIVES W/

SCABBARDS. These “all purpose” knives were made at Springfield Armory, 8 1.2” x 2” blades designed for use by all troops. Each knife is found w/ a Watervliet Arsenal brass & leather mounted scabbard. Serial numbers 7, 803, 1666 & 1757. CONDITION: good to fine overall, 2 blades have pitting, the other 2 appear surplus w/ most of their original polish & luster, markings are all discernable on knives & scabbards.
