Lot 3695 M1905-06 EXPERIMENTAL CAVALRY SABER.
Overall length: 38". Blade length: 31 1/2". Single fuller blade marked at the ricasso, “S A(flaming bomb)1906” on 1 side & “80” on the other. Iron guard. Brass wire wrapped fish skin grip. No scabbard. CONDITION: blade has a light gray patina. Hilt is a bit oxidized. Grip shows light to moderate wear. Most of the wire wrap is missing. (02-13664/BF). $800-1,200.
