Cal. 44 HRF. S# 152540. Bbl. 24" oct. w/ replacement brass globe front sight & fixed V notch rear sight. Full length mag. Walnut rifle forearm & straight grip stock w/ crescent trapdoor buttplate. Mfg. 1880. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 4 piece cleaning rod held in buttstock compartment. CONDITION: bbl. & mag. tube retain 80% dull lightly faded reblued finish over spots of pitting & polish marks. Bbl. markings are largely intact. Cleaned brass frame shows numerous scratches & sm. dents & beginning to reacquire a tarnish. Refinished wood has dark heavily worn appearance w/ dents & handling marks. Right side of forearm is missing a full length piece along the channel.
