16" Fullered blade Model 1905 bayonet. Bayonet is marked on left ricasso "SA" flaming bomb & 1921. Marked on right ricasso "US" & S#. Smooth walnut grips. Plastic scabbard w/ metal throat marked "US" & flaming bomb. CONDITION: bayonet blade has traces of original blue w/ wear, oxidation & scattered fine pitting. Blade has been sharpened. Walnut grips have wear, dents & scratches. Balance of metal turned overall patina. Worn plastic sheath retains traces of green coloration. Metal throat turning patina. (02-13487/RW). $100-150.
