Colt 1849 Pocket Model in .31 caliber percussion with 6” barrel, S/N 33524 on the frame and the barrel. The backstrap and trigger guard is S/N 155514 and the cylinder is S/N 121142. Old hand made marine ivory(Whale tusk or walrus) that are original to the period of carry and use. The action is not working and the wedges is loose and drops out. The markings are good. A pioneer era gold rush gun from an old California familyout of northern California. (Antique) Est.: $300-$600
