19th Century or Earlier "Gypsy Wagon" Bumper showing ornate wrought iron work in Armoral scenes with carved figures of battling men in armour and the name FRATELLI- DAGATAACI'S-ANTONIO-. Approx. 13" ht by 40"width. Good condition with some surface rust, minor staining and aging, cracks and small losses. The Best of it's type we have ever seen offered for sale at auction as they are scarce and normally not seen with knights orarmour scenes. Provenance Robert B.
