Turkish M98 Mauser bolt action rifle, 8 x 57 caliber, Serial #903. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 29” import marked barrel with a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The metalsurfaces have gone to a brown patina with the front ring marked, “ANKARA” and dated 1935. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with mars, dents and scrapes consistent with service use. The ram rod and sling swivelsare retained and the butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings are sharp. Est.: $250-$500. (C+R).
