Saxon imperial infantry sword Infantry sword, Saxon circa 1890. Straight blade is triple fullered along entire length of blade, with "Eisenhauer garantirt" on reverse and illegible “Mxxx Mxxx // Leipzig” on obverse. Plummed helmet head logo of Kirschbaum. Blade is pitted in sections. Cast pierced Phrygian pommel has “D” guard with Saxon Shield, and has sharkskin grip and double twisted wire. Est.: $175-$350
