French Model 1777 flintlock military pistol marked "St. Etienne" Arsenal in .69 caliber with cast brass frame. Light to moderate pitting and erosion on steel parts. Top jaw and screw, belt hook and rod are excellentrestorations. Crown L proof on the frame. The stock is fair only with hard use and from weather. Many imported and used during the revolution.
