Winchester Model 1873 Special Order Rifle in .44-40 caliber with half round/half octagon 24” barrel, full mag, plain trigger, and rifle butt, S/N 396218. Received in warehouse Sept. 21, 1891, Shipped Sept 23, 1891 toorder #11300. (Information Sheet). Shows an older refinish with visible markings except on the lifter. Bright with shallow rifling. The action is good. The wood is down around the tang and fore end is a well matchedrestoration. (Antique) Est.: $800-$1600
