Springfield Model 1888 U.S. Issue .45-70 caliber trapdoor rifle, S/N 203082. Excellent to mint condition with 98%-99% plus original blue and case colors with only loss on top edge of butt plate from standing in a rack.The wood shows perfect "SVW 1892" cartouche and 2 P proofs behind the trigger guard. The stock is also a 9.9 on a 1-10 scale. The rod, sights and small parts are all correct. Almost impossible to upgrade. (Antique) Est.: $2000-$4000
