High Standard Model B Semi-Automatic Pistol, #39030, .22 LR cal., 6.75'' barrel, blue finish, Type I-B takedown, checkered black plastic grips with HS monogram, brass tipped blade front sight and square-notched rear sight, with one original magazine with steel follower. Mfg'd in New Haven, Conn., ca. 1930's. Condition overall is very good with approx. 70%-75% original polished blue finish. Wear to the front and backstrap as well as left side of barrel account for a majority of the finish loss. Factory lettering is clear. Right grip with a few very small flat spots to the checkering, balance is mostly crisp, no chips or cracks. Very good smooth action; mirror bright bore rates excellent. Est.: $250-$400. (C&R)
