Ithaca Side-by-Side Double Barrel Hammerless Shotgun, #71065, 12 ga., 30.25'' Damascus twist round barrels with bead front sight on full-length matted top rib choked IM/IM; steel receiver with sliding safety and extractors is marked ''Ithaca Hammerless'' within fancy floral engraved ribands on both sides; loop triggerguard; varnished walnut splinter forend is checkered in an overlapping diamond pattern, and pistol-grip buttstock is checkered at wrist with a hard rubber buttplate having the circular Ithaca Gun Co. and flying mallard logo in relief. Condition is very good, the barrels showing much original twist pattern; the receiver gunmetal gray. Stocks are smooth with wear to checkering, nice grain and coloration and a shallow scrape to right side; buttplate is noticeably worn. Missing lower tang screw.
