Colt MK IV Series 70 Gov't Model Semi-Automatic Pistol, #70G01330, .45 ACP cal., 5'' barrel, blue finish, and the grips are from a circa 1970 Colt WWII Pacific Theatre Commemorative pistol with bright medallions, and one post-WWII GI magazine.
