Colt Python Elite Double Action Revolver, #PE00111, .357 mag. cal., 6'' vent rib barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut target grips with gold Colt medallions, pinned red ramp front sight and a fully adjustable white outline rear sight. Left side of barrel is marked ''PYTHON ELITE/.357 MAGNUM CTG.'' Approx. 97% original finish remains, and pistol rates as fine overall showing signs of moderate handling and range use. Factory lettering is clear and defined. Metal shows some micro-scratching and small handling marks, most noticeable on right side of frame and barrel lug. Cylinder with a light and thin index line. Grips with scattered impressions and some thinning and flaking to the finish, mainly along the bottom edges; medallions are bright; left grip checks show light wear, right with a few mild spots of flattening. Right side of hammer with a little reddish brown spotting. Action is smooth and crisp; bright bore rates excellent. Est.: $2,500-$3,500. (Modern/PPT)
