Pedersoli Rolling Block Single Shot Sporting Rifle, with Target Sights, #R09628, .38-55 cal., 28'' round blued steel barrel, color case hardened frame, smooth straight grip oil-finished walnut stock and forend, with color case hardened crescent steel buttplate. Rifle also features globe front sight with Spirit level, rear sight has been removed and filled with a dovetailed blank, and a long-range Creedmoor tang sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation. Standard Pedersoli markings and is also stamped in small letters on left side of receiver ''Dixie Gun Work/Tennessee''. Overall condition is excellent. Approx. 98% blue finish remains and 95% case colors; metal with intermittent light marks from storage and handling, mainly between the barrel band and receiver, near the front sight, and left side of receiver. Wood is also excellent; right side of forend near the metal with a very shallow faint impression; right side of buttstock with a few light and thin vertical scratches, overall with a nice even color and finish.
