Russian Mosin-Nagant M44 bolt action rifle, 7.62 x 54R caliber, Serial #GL942. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 20” barrel with a hooded front and rear sight removed. The metal surfaces retain themajority of their military finish with a picatinny rail installed in place of the rear sight. The folding bayonet and ramrod are retained with all matching visible serial numbers and an import mark on the left sideof the receiver. The smooth wood stock is in good condition mars and compressions consistent with service use. The butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate.
