Colt U.S. SAA revolver, .45 caliber, 7.5” barrel, blued and case hardened finish, wood grips, S/N 21973; R.A.C. inspected “mystery gun” as out of the proper S/N range for R.A.C. guns; shows all matching numbersincluding italic barrel address with early boss and stud for early ejector rod housing; R.A.C. on frame, top of trigger guard over S/N, on frame and bottom of barrel; no inspection on grips; .45 CAL on left reartrigger guard, two line early patent dates; 50-70% original finish with excellent interior; crisp action, sharp markings and very good + bore.
