1836 Model U.S. martial pistol converted from flintlock to percussion and period marked on barrel “Maj. Andrew McDaniel, 72th Reg, O.V.I. (Ohio Volunteer Infantry) with hand held die stamps. Heavy brown patina andscattered light to heavy pitting. Good markings and good mechanically. Stock shows a stress crack on the left side but otherwise good.
