^Lot 1253 Uberti/Remington 1858 Army Perc. Revolver

Reproduction Remington Model 1858 Army Percussion Revolver, by A. Uberti in Brescia, Italy, in original box, #A87924, .44 cal., 8'' octagonal barrel unmarked but for right-side proofmarks, as is right frame and straight 6-shot cylinder. Finished in deep black-blue overall with case hardened hammer and unfinished brass triggerguard; varnished hardwood grips with a very nice grain pattern. Condition is as new, appearing unfired, and retaining all original finishes. Action is smooth and positive; bore retains all interior blue with sharp rifling; cylinder and screws are unturned.
