^Lot 839 Buck Knife Lot: 124 Frontiersman 106 Camp Axe

Buck Knife Lot: 124 Frontiersman & 106 Camp Axe, with Buckarta Handle: 1.) Model 124 Frontiersman, 6-3/4'' blade, 11-3/4'' overall, with burgundy micarta handle. In original box with black leather sheath. Condition is excellent, appearing as new, guard and pommel with a few small handling marks. 2.) Model 106 camp axe with scarce burgundy buckarta handle, cutting head measures approx. 3-7/8'' x 2-1/2'', overall length is 10-1/2'', with two-line ''BUCK / U.S.A.'' stamp. With black leather head cover that is stamped both ''BUCK'' and ''106''. Axe shows moderate small handle marks to the burgundy micarta handles and is in otherwise excellent condition. Cutting edge is clean, no chips. Maker's mark is clear. Cover is good showing some age and wear, mainly to the folding edge of the flap which has general fine cracking and a 1/4'' puncture near the back corner. Est.: $250-$400/lot.
