^Lot 736 WWII Erma-Erfurt German Flare Pistol

WWII Erma-Erfurt German Flare Pistol, ayf40, #5389-e, 26.5mm, 6-1/8'' aluminum barrel, aluminum frame, black finish, checkered black Bakelite grips, with lanyard ring. Right side of barrel and frame are ''Nazi Eagle'' marked and are also stamped with a ''(eagle)/280'' Waffenamt. Left side of frame is stamped ''ayf 40''. Condition is good with approx. 70% remaining black finish with considerable green colored toning. Factory lettering is clear and well defined. Right grip with a few flat spots and an approx. 1/2'' hairline crack below the grip screw, otherwise checkering is very good. Action is excellent, operating smoothly with a quick snap open and tight lockup upon closing. Bore is very good; no pitting or corrosion. Est.: $200-$300. (No FFL Required)
