Smith & Wesson Model 65 Double Action Revolver, #1D15653, .357 mag. cal., 4'' pinned heavy barrel, satin stainless finish, factory checkered square butt Goncalo alves target grips with S&W medallions, ramped front sight with standard notched frame rear sight. Mfg'd 1976-1977. Revolver is in near excellent overall condition and shows normal signs of light handling and use, including a moderate index line to the cylinder and intermittent slight micro-scratching. Factory lettering is clear. Grips with a nice even finish and clean sharp checkering; right grip is a little darker in color with a few shallow impressions. Excellent crisp action and bright bore.
