Ruger M77 Bolt Action Rifle, with Leupold scope, #74-58510, .243 cal., 22'' barrel, dark blue finish, oil-finished checkered pistol-grip walnut stock with red rubber Ruger recoil pad, pistol grip cap with Ruger medallion, sling swivels, and brown leather sling. Topped with a Leupold Vari-X II 3x9 scope with duplex reticle. With the exception of a few small spots of surface rust, this rifle is in fine overall condition with approx. 98% original blue remaining. Bolt handle, muzzle, scope rings, and a few areas along the stock line have patches of light surface rust; a thorough cleaning would improve the overall condition of those particular areas. Wood with intermittent shallow surface dents and small marks from field use; checkering is sharp. Factory lettering is clear. Action is smooth, with an excellent bore. Scope exterior rates near excellent; optics are clear. Overall a nice rifle that may have sat just a little too long and has a couple of small spots that need a little TLC. Est.: $400-$600. (Modern)
