Smooth Bore Remington Model 41 Bolt Action Single Shot Rifle, NVSN, .22 S-L-LR cal., 27'' smooth bore, blue finish, one-piece pistol-grip walnut stock, checkered black composite Remington buttplate, with standard fixed sights. Left side near the chamber is marked ''SMOOTH BORE''. Condition is very good. Metal retains a majority of thinning and toning blue finish, with areas that have turned to brown patina; factory lettering is clear. Bolt handle with dark speckling. Buttplate with a crack below the bottom screw. Wood is solid with a nice even finish, mostly small handling marks, and impressions along edge of pistol grip. Good action with a mirror bright bore.
