^Lot 481 Vintage Al Mar ''Special U.S.M.C.'' Fighting Knife

Vintage Al Mar ''Special U.S.M.C.'' Fighting Knife, with sheath, 7-3/4'' blade, 13-1/8'' overall, brass guard, finger-grooved wood handle, with brass ferrule. In brown leather sheath that is stamped on front ''AL MAR''. Blade is in excellent unused condition and shows just a tiny bit of wear to the ''S'' in ''Special''. Brass with spots of darkening from being stored in the sheath and needs to be cleaned. Wood shows only minor handling marks. Sheath with a few light surface scuffs and scratches; stitching and seams are excellent. Est.: $350-$550.
