Winchester Model 1885 Limited Series BPCR Target Single Shot Rifle, with scope, #00057MN85K, .45-70 cal., 30'' half round/half octagon heavy blued steel barrel; case hardened receiver, lever, and checkered steel buttplate. Checkered pistol-grip walnut stock with cheekpiece, Schnabel forend, oil finish, and plain grip cap. Front sight has been removed, and barrel and receiver each with a case hardened scope block. Made in Japan by Miroku. Included is a Montana Vintage Arms 5x scope with a fine crosshair and 6 Mil Dot reticle, and adjustable mounts; overall length is 16.25''. Scope includes leather lens covers and wood carrying case with stag handle. Scope is a modern reproduction of a Winchester ''B'' series scope. Approx. 99%+ original blue and case hardened finish remains and rifle is in as new condition. Bottom edge of buttstock with a few minor impressions, otherwise showing little evidence of handling. Action is smooth with a bright bore. Overall appearing to have been fired very little. Scope also appears as new with only a few tiny marks to the exterior; optics are bright and clear.
