Maynard percussion single shot Sporting rifle, with two extra barrels, .44 caliber, 26” barrel (other barrels: 26” 20 gauge smooth bore and 26” .22 caliber), dark patina, wood butt stock, S/N 26086; dark patina to metal surfaces of rifle with good bore, working action and good wood stock (headspace between receiver and barrel appears excessive and in need of correction by a competent gunsmith), rear upper tang tapped for sight; dark patina on metal surfaces of both extra barrels with scattered spots of erosion, 20 gauge bore good, .22 caliber bore dark.
