French 1st Empire Napoleonic era officer sword with ornate brass mounts and blued and gilt blade. The mounts show Romanesce style helmets and swords. The blade shows 80%-90% blue and gilt. Some wear to checkered and darkened wood grip. Scabbard and drag show dents and some dings. Good to very good overall with some discoloration to brown on scabbard. Est.: $2000-$4000
