U.S. Springfield Trapdoor rifle, marked Model 1873, .45-70 caliber, 33” barrel, blued and case hardened finish, wood stock, sling swivels, S/N 282645; overall good to very good condition with brown patina to barrel and original blue in protected areas, considerable original case colors on “trapdoor”, very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good wood with circle P proof and SWP/1884 inspector’s cartouche.
