Lot 1536 Composite Winchester Model 1890 Pump Action Rifle
Composite Winchester Model 1890 Pump Action Rifle, #513788 on bottom of frame, #404087 on lower tang; .22 cal., with what appears to be a Model 62 barrel cut to 16-5/8''; barrel address is very worn and is hard to confirm; straight grip walnut stock, 10-groove walnut forend, black composition Winchester buttplate with the side partially filed down (it is still slightly oversized and needs more work to fit properly). This little rifle is in good overall condition as put together. Forend with approx. 60% of its original finish showing small handling marks. Stock has been sanded relatively smooth with an added coat of finish. Good action that is just a little stiff, fair bore.
