Lot of Two (2) Project Pump Action .22 Rifles, by Savage: 1.) Model 1914, #45996, .22 S-L-LR cal., 24'' octagon barrel, blue finish, pistol-grip walnut stock, ''Savage Quality'' marked buttplate, dovetailed front sight, and Savage marked rear sight. In fair overall condition. Metal is a combination darkening blue on the receiver and dark patina on the barrel. Wrist with a hairline crack to left side. Takedown and forend screw are incorrect replacements. Rear sight is missing some small parts. Overall the rifle appears complete with a good action. Bore is dark with some spots of surface erosion. 2.) Composite Model 1903, consisting of a Winchester Model 67 barrel on a Savage Model 1903 rifle, #87385. The 25'' round barrel is designated .22 S-L-LR caliber. Rifle features a round knob stock, crescent steel buttplate, dovetailed blade front sight, and ''V''-notched rear sight with adjustment screw. Condition is fair as modified. Metal is mostly dark with a small amount of blue finish. Wood shows age and wear consistent with the rest of the rifle. Action and bore are both good. No magazine.
