Lot of Two (2) Custom Knives, by Charles Clifton, Georgetown, KY. 1.) 5.5'' mirror polished recurve blade, 10.5'' overall length, blade is marked ''Clifton / Georgetown, Ky.''. This knife also features a mirror polished half guard and pommel; pommel is curved and makes a nice finger rest. Wood handle with red, white, and polished metal spacers. In original tan leather sheath with tooled edges; front side of the body is double stitched with an inlaid snake skin piece; backside is marked ''Clifton''. In excellent overall condition, mirror polished parts with some slight micro-scratching. Blade with the original edge. 2.) The second knife is a small version of the first knife with the same configuration to both the knife and sheath. The only difference being the size which consists of a 3-3/8'' blade that has a different style maker's mark which reads ''Charles Clifton / Maker / Georgetown, KY.'' The overall length is 7-9/16''. In excellent overall condition, mirror polished parts with some slight micro-scratching. Est.: $300-$500/lot.
