Colt Army Special Double Action Revolver, #302002, .38 cal., 6'' barrel, blue finish, hard rubber Colt grips, half-round blade front sight and standard notched integral frame rear sight. Mfg'd 1908. Approx. 50%-55% original high polish blue finish remains, the balance a combination brown patina with silvery gray highlights. Metal with areas of light oxidation, most noticeable on the barrel. Grips are very good for their age and show moderate wear. Good action; cylinder has a little bit of play; hammer and trigger are smooth. Bright bore rates near excellent. Est.: $250-$450. (C&R/PPT)
