Colt Model of 1892 New Army and Navy Double Action Revolver, #12602, .38 Colt CF cal., 6'' round barrel marked with two-line Colt address and patent dates on top, and ''Colt D.A. 38'' on left side; 6-shot fluted cylinder, encircled ''Rampant Colt'' logo at left rear frame hump, ''Colt / (Rampant Colt) / 1892'' logo on checkered hard rubber grips; originally blued finish with polished hammer. Condition is good to very good, retaining approx. 80% blue to frame with losses mainly at right side, 60% blue to barrel with losses and erosion to top and both sides. Cylinder with much original blue turning brown. Bright fire-blued trigger and polished hammer are fine. Grips fit well, are fine with sharp checkering and deep relief Colt logos to both sides, and a small chip out at right heel. Est.: $250-$400. (Antique)
