USMC Property marked Colt Model 1917 Double Action Revolver, #5924, .45 ACP cal., 5.5'' barrel, parkerized finish, with smooth walnut grips. Includes mid-20th Century black holster with brass General Officer type fittings marked ''USMC''. Condition is excellent as re-parkerized, retaining approx. 98% finish. Hammer and trigger have been refinished blue; grips are original WWI era with scuffs and oil staining. Action and bore are good. Est.: $500-$750. (C&R/PPT)
