Japanese Type 38 Bolt Action Rifle, by Tokyo Arsenal, #974005, 6.5mm, 31.5'' barrel, blue finish, Catalpa mahogany stock, with brass presentation plaque to ''Theodore B. Millard/Major U.S. Marines/from Engineering Squadron 11'', who was the first commanding officer of the El Toro USMC Air Station. Condition is good. Mum appears to be very lightly defaced.
