^Lot 1021 Lot of 4 U.S. Trapdoor Springfield Bayonets

Lot of Four (4) U.S. Trapdoor Springfield Bayonets, with scabbards, in various conditions, all with scabbards and leather hangers. Three have brass roundels with ''U.S.'', and one with ''N.G.P.''. Blade conditions vary from nice blued to rusted and uncleaned, but some may clean up to better. Scabbards have rust and a peppered rust patina, and one has been painted black at one time. Leather hangers are in sound condition but show age, cracking, and scuffs. Some hangers have inspector's markings. Est.: $200-$400/lot. (Joe Poyer collection)
