Winchester Model 75 Sporter Bolt Action Rifle, #78058, .22 LR cal., 24'' barrel, blue finish, checkered pistol-grip walnut stock, grooved steel buttplate, Winchester grip cap, sling swivels, hooded silver bead front sight, ''U''-notched rear sight that is missing the elevator, and factory grooved receiver, with one factory 5-round magazine. Left side of barrel and receiver are Winchester proofed. Triggerguard is marked ''SPORTING''. Mfg'd 1951. Condition is near excellent with approx. 96% original blue; magazine base has worn and retains little finish; buttplate with a worn spot at the upper edge with surface rust in the grooves that would improve with a thorough cleaning. Factory lettering is clean and clear. Stock with scattered small handling marks and shallow impressions with nearly all of the original finish; checkering is sharp.
