Winchester Model 12 Skeet Grade Slide-Action Shotgun, #1137607. 16 ga. 26'' solid rib barrel has a 2-3/4'' chamber, marked ''Winchester Proof Steel'', and is choked WS-1; marked ''Skeet'' below serial number. Full target forend and pistol-grip buttstock are of nice grain walnut, checkered to Winchester patterns, with black Winchester grip cap and Pachmayr recoil pad. Mfg'd 1948. Condition is very good, with few small marks to wood but moderate freckling to top of receiver, along with some edge and carry wear. Action is still tight and functions well, bore is bright.
