Danish military single shot breech loading rolling block rifle chambered in 11.7x42Rmm Danish/Remington, manufactured at the Copenhagen Arsenal in Denmark circa 1883. Features a blued/case hardened finish, 35.5" barrel with bayonet bar, dovetailed inverted 'v' front sight, flip-up ladder style rear sight graduated to 1,400 meters, steel cleaning rod, three barrel bands, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, smooth wood forend and straight grip shoulder stock with brass stock disc & metal carbine buttplate. The receiver shows a light grey patina with some faint traces of case colors and the barrel displays a brown patina with some strong bluing retained around the sights. Action is strong, the bore is bright with strong rifling & scattered light rust and the wood stocks are good with blemishes.
