Lot 1719 18KJ-5 NEAR FINE ARISAKA BAYONET
Japanese Arisaka bayonet in very good to nearly fine overall with metal scabbard and leather hanger. The bayonet is 20” in overall length with a 15 ¾” blade. The blade appears unused with an arsenal marking atthe handguard indicating manufacture at the Kokura arsenal. The smooth wood handle is in good condition with Serial #2204787 on the pommel. The leather hanger is in good condition with additional proofs on thereverse. It would be hard to improve on this WWII era Japanese bayonet. Est.: $100-$200.
