Colt 1860 Army Richards Conversion New York engraved and Nickel plated with 1 piece ivory grips, S/N 4642. This revolver shows 80%-90% period nickel finish with some loss on cylinder, back strap and muzzle. Good address and markings. 60%-80% cylinder scene. All matching. The grips were polished up 40 plus years ago and this Colt descended in old California collection in San Bernardino. The grips show cracking and aging on the bottom where not cleaned. The metal is also had a cleaning 40 years ago when cleaning was popular. A scarce engraved Colt. (Antique) Est.: $9,000-$18,000
