Wheelock rifle with Austrian coat of arms in brass overlay on lock. Measures 39” overall with 27” octagon barrel approximately .70 caliber rifle. Very good condition with minor damage on the right side of fore end. “H.S.” signature on the rear of the barrel. Mechanism intact and complete. Minor replacement screw in trigger guard. These were popular with Austrian Royal Court under Empress Maria Theresa. (Antique) Est.:$2500-$5000
