Lot 250 AMERICAN BREECHLOADING RIFLE
A very unusual and possibly unique late 19th century American breechloading rifle. The heavy octagonal barrel has some fading blue remaining. The checkered stock with fancy German silver trigger guard, deer and doginlays and high raised relief German silver lion grip cap has tight cract at wrist (easily repaired).
