18AP-91 CAVALRY SWORDModel 1860 Light Cavalry Saber. The saber is in good overall condition with a 35” blade and an overall length of 41”. The blade is in good condition with light surface erosion and discoloration but no apparent sharpening. The blade is US marked and dated 1862 at the hand guard. The saber features a brass guard, leather and wire wrapped grip and steel scabbard. The scabbard shows light to moderate surface rust. Est.: $200-$400.Model 1860 Light Cavalry Saber.
