18AR-77 SMALL SWORDEarly 18th century small sword with finely pierced guard, triangular collesmard blade, chiseled hilt and pommel with fancy copper wrapped grip. Cleaned with chemical and the guard is bent with damage and small piecemissing. Some pitting on the blade. The guard and grip bent in battle. Measures 38 ½” overall with a 31 ½” blade. Circa 1710-1730’s. This was an expensive sword.
