18AP-33 TACKED MUSKETTacked Springfield percussion musket, approximately .75 caliber. The musket is in fair overall condition with a cut down 24 ½” barrel. The barrel and side plate have gone to a grey patina with some light to moderatepitting at the breech. The side plate shows old toning case hardening and marked, “SPRINGFIELD 1846”.
