Circa about 1840-50’s/ Measures 17 ¼” overall with a 8 ¼” blade when unfolded. German silver mountsand pins with original ivory scales or grips. The blade is very good with minor staining and slight erosion with slight pitting. No buffing with good edges and full ridges and dimensions. Shows small age cracks and patina to authentic 4 panel grip. Locks well. An impressive dirk by a sought after early Sheffield maker.
